Mobile motor starter are used to operate agriculture or domestic pump with mobile phone from any remote place.

Mobile starter is used to control or monitor the pumps /motor with mobile and also provide motor protection.

We have different range of mobile starter controller, these controller are installed with exiting pump starter ,one sim card will be installed in gsm controller or mobile starter ,user have to call the sim number which is inserted in gsm starter, Gsm starter receive the call and talks to user via IVRS response and tells the motor status and power status, when user press 7 motor will be started and when user press 9 it will be off ,after call disconnection it send SMS alert to user .in SMS it tells voltage, current, clock, network, power on /off time, motor on /off time etc. depending on model you are using .

Kewintech mobile starter also provides pump protection like overload , dryrun,  voltage unbalance, current unbalance, motor side phase absent ,High-low voltage ,voltage unbalance ,reverse phase etc. depends on model you are using.

There are three type of faults which causes motor burn:

a) Input supply Fault

b) Output supply faults

c) Mechanical

a)Input Supply faults:- These are faults which occurs from main supply. 

In three phase supply faults are :-

1. Phase absent
2. Reverse Phase
3. Voltage Unbalance
4. High Voltage
5. Low Voltage
6. Frequency Fluctuations

In Single phase supply faults are :-

1. High Voltage
2. Low Voltage
3. Frequency Fluctuations

b) Output supply faults:-These faults occurs from starter output to motor side

In three phase supply faults are :-

1. Overload
2. Dryrun
3. Current Unbalance
4. Motor side phase absent  

c)Mechanical :- These Are Mechanical Faults inside motor or pump Like Motor Jam ,Router Problem ,Bearing issue etc in these cases motor current also fluctuate and Kewintech Mobile starter shut off motor due to current fluctuation when it comes under overload or dryrun set current range.
